Two pages have been adorned with dried flowers. Among them are two edelweiss.
Edelweiss grow on rocky limestone at 1800-3000 metres altitude. In the 19th century
the flower was picked often by tourists, as proof of them climbing to these great heights,
causing a
decline in the species. It's now forbidden by law to take them.
