Notes "Ann (wife of William Lynes) 1811-1907" Ann Lynes, born Edginton, would've been 40-43 years old in this image. Only a few artists were operating in Coventry and most from 1854 onwards. Only Frederick Worcester was active in 1852 in Coventry "by arrangement with the Patentee" (Richard Beard). It's possible the image was taken somewhere else by another artist. |
